Dane Dental Laboratory is a Certified Dental Laboratory!

• Standard turn time for all Appliances is two-three days in lab.

• Rush cases will be accommodated with advance notice. A "rush" is defined as a case that needs to be returned in less than 12 hours.

• We pick up and deliver twice daily in the greater Madison area. We provide paid postage both ways for areas outside of our local delivery area via USPS, Speedee Delivery and UPS ground.

• We accept major credit cards.
• Terms are net 30 for accounts with a timely payment history. 1.5% per month (18% annualized) will be charged on any unpaid balances over 30 days.
• All appliances are manufactured in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, USA.
