About Us

Certified Dental Labortory

Dane Dental Laboratory is a mid-size laboratory which has been offering fast, consistent, high quality service to orthodontists since 2008. Our core group of technicians has been working together for more than twenty years. Our goal as a lab is to provide personal service while being able to handle a high volume demand. Dane Dental Lab’s technicians are very familiar with each doctor’s special preferences. We strive to keep the communication open between our lab and your office to ensure your appliances are manufactured exactly to your specifications and delivered on time every time!

At Dane, we understand the importance of “YOUR” time. When you call our lab, you will always be able to speak with someone regarding your questions or concerns immediately. We want to help your practice to be as efficient as possible. Give us those difficult patients! We will work closely with you to ensure that your case is done right the first time. This means less chair time and more profits for you!

Starter Pack Request

We provide local pick up and delivery twice a day. Just call and schedule a pick up. Our turn around time is one of the shortest in the area. Most cases only take 2-3 days in lab for completion. Have a rush case? Give us a call. If at all possible, we will do our best to accommodate cases due in less than 24 hours without any additional “Rush Fee”… Our goal is simply to provide the best service possible.

For customers outside of our local delivery area, Dane Dental Lab pays all shipping costs. It is EASY to work us! If you are sending models or impressions, pre-paid USPS shipping labels and boxes are provided. Once we receive your case, in lab fabrication time is still only 2-3 days. Depending on your shipping area, your case will be back in your office in 7 to 14 business days. Return shipping is via SpeeDee delivery in the Midwest and UPS for all other areas. Remember, Dane Dental Lab pays all standard shipping costs. NO ADDED FEES!

We accept all major scanning platforms. Visit our Digital Services tab to see if your scanning software is listed. If not, please call us! We want to make the digital age as easy as possible for our clients. If a platform is avalible to us, we will incorporate your platform into our digital work flow. Dane Dental Lab utilizes the latest printing technology. Currently Dane is fabricating 3D Printed Models, TMJ/Occlusal Guards, and Laser Sintered Metal Bands and Appliances. As technology and printing materials grow and expand, we hope to add more digitally printed appliances to our list.
